Delete your AUVAMX account

Customers and riders can start an account-deletion request from the application.

Request deletion

  1. Sign in to the AUVAMX app.
  2. Open Account or Profile.
  3. Open privacy or account controls.
  4. Select Delete account and confirm the request.

If you cannot sign in, use the sign-in recovery and Support channels so we can verify that you own the account.

What happens next

Access is disabled after the request is verified. Personal data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised. AUVAMX may retain limited order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute and audit records where Ghanaian law or a legitimate unresolved obligation requires it.

Before requesting deletion

Complete active orders, deliveries, refunds, disputes and payout matters first. Deletion cannot be used to avoid a lawful investigation or outstanding financial obligation.
